I truly appreciate the time I have reserved for each of my clients at HD On Fire. Our time is very important to me and I look forward to our time together. Of course, I know that sometimes life gets in the way and schedules need to be adjusted. When you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I can't make that time available to another client who needs an appointment. I confirm appointments 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since these services are reserved for you personally, the following Cancellation fees will apply.



  • Less than 24 hour notice. The first occurrence will be a courtesy and no charge will be assessed. However, additional cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charge a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • If you need to cancel an appointment you've made within a 24 hour period, you must cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time.


This cancellation policy provides me the time I need to contact any of my clients on stand by of an availability. This also helps my practice by keeping my schedule filled.
